This recognition reflects our consistent growth and dedication to providing strategic advisory services to mid-sized organisations across the UK.
Our Journey
Since our inception in Leeds in 2012, Whitecap has grown steadily and strategically. In 2017, we expanded our footprint by opening offices in Manchester and Milton Keynes, marking a significant step in our regional growth strategy. The following years saw further expansion, with the establishment of satellite offices in Newcastle, Bristol, and Birmingham between 2018 and 2019. In 2023, we had the honour of presenting our Whitecap Open Finance report at the House of Lords, a milestone that underscored our growing national influence. That same year, we secured our first international government consultancy contract, working with the Republic of Estonia, further demonstrating the reach and relevance of our expertise.
Whitecap Managing Director Richard Coates commented,
“We’re delighted to have been shortlisted as ‘the fast growing regional strategy consultancy’. Over the last 13 years we have focused on helping mainly mid-sized organisations with their growth aims and commercial optimisation. This focus and clarity has been reflected in our sustained growth, which has accelerated as we have developed and expanded our regional footprint.”
Looking Ahead
We are confident in the sustainability of our growth, with clear opportunities in expanding our regional presence, enhancing existing services, and introducing new offerings. Our commitment to supporting mid-sized organisations remains steadfast as we navigate the evolving business landscape.
We look forward to the awards ceremony on Thursday, 3 July 2025, at The Underglobe in London, and extend our congratulations to all fellow finalists.
