London South Bank University required a clear set of business requirements for a new student records system. Whitecap worked with key university stakeholders to understand these requirements.
From our analysis of the current state, our conclusion was that a new replacement system would be unlikely to be effective as a “straight switchover”. It was evident that both a cultural change and user-centric service delivery model need to be facilitated.
Whitecap developed the business case to design and develop the future Target Operating Model – a major transformation covering customer journey, processes and technology.
