“Innovation” is defined in many ways and covers a broad spectrum that includes technologies, products, services, processes, distribution, value chains and business models – each with its own requirements. In its simplest form, innovation involves delivering “something different that has impact” and a measurable outcome.
We help clients who are facing a number of innovation challenges, including limited previous innovation experience, limited resources and capacity and innovation skills gap. We provide practical support to help develop their innovation approach, which can be organic and/or inorganic.
These include undertaking an innovation audit to assess current innovation capabilities, then determine the innovation ambition and the forms of innovation that will drive growth, and finally developing an innovation framework and roadmap to drive innovation through the organisation.
