As clients develop their market develop plans and inorganic growth strategies, we help identify potential acquisition targets and assess strategic and commercial fit.
We work with a number PE firms on commercial due diligence projects where the cheque size is typically between £1m-£10m. On occasions, we also deliver aligned commercial, financial and management due diligence.
Increasingly we are working with PE firms to support strategy planning with their portfolio companies, which can include the immediate post-transaction phase and/or an annual strategy review.
