Whitecap has developed a capability to analyse complex and often ambiguous business and market environments. In addition to desk-based analysis, we capture current perspectives and future aims from a range of stakeholders with a broad range of views, and then summarise and synthesise insights into practical recommendations.
These projects typically focus on specific regions and/or market sectors, and can be crowd funded by interested parties, or funding exclusively by public or private sector organisations.
The output is typically a published report featuring the analysis, insights and recommendations established during the project. Here are two testimonials from recent reports:
“We very much welcome this new report by Whitecap Consulting and would like to thank everyone involved in making it happen including Leeds Law Society, the University of Law and all stakeholders and partners. This is a true ‘one-city’ report underlining the importance of collaboration and making the most of all opportunities to connect, support and accelerate relationships between our vibrant sectors to benefit our economic future.” Leader of Leeds City Council Councillor Judith Blake
